Germany Bending Instrument
Destruction & Non-destruction Testing for Hot pressing and laser brazing strength to avoid segments depart from the blades:
1. destructive testing: before laser in bulk, we make destructive proof bend testing on first piece. We reference MPA requirements, until we reach MPA standard, we begin all production.
2. non destructive testing: we make non destructive testing of proof bend for every segments on every single blades, the parameter reference MPA too.
Balance Test Instrument
