Ashine QC Seminar 2023 – 2024

On 18th Jan., 2024, Ashine held internal 2023 QC Seminar in the factory meeting room. QC Dept., Customer Service Dept., R&D Dept. and Production Dept. attended the meeting.

By reviewing the customer complaints happening in the 2023, Ashine strengthened QC standards for consistent supplying and improvements for the coming year of 2024.

The customer complaint rate in 2023 was 0.28%, which met up with Ashine target of <0.3%. In the meeting, each complaint was discussed and reviewed to avoid repeating problems for future shipments.

By the end of the meeting, the following points to be emphasized for QC work in 2024:
· R&D must review and keep improvements to QC standards for each product item.
· Regular internal training of production process to ensure consistent quality.
· 5C report tracking should be in details for resolution effectiveness.
